Work on the new Moapa Valley sewer collection system began in January, 2010. The project length of 4.4 miles of sewer pipeline that will generally follow Moapa Valley Boulevard (State Route 169) from Yamashita Street to Lewis Avenue with one branch crossing the Muddy River at the Yamashita Bridge.
